No, we do not. Our philosophy is that you should pay for laundry you need done, whether if fills up a whole bag or not. No one should have to wait to fill up a prescribed bag for laundry services to wash their clothes. Just give us what you have whether its just the minimum order or more when you need fresh, folded laundry.
Yes, there may be additional charges for items that require extra care or special handling. This includes laundry that is:
- Heavily soiled
- Soiled with bodily fluids (such as urine)
- Covered in excessive pet hair
- Flood-damaged or waterlogged
- Affected by smoke or fire damage
- Saturated with non-typical substances (e.g., oil, chemicals, etc.)
These items often require more time, effort, and resources to clean properly. If we identify any of these issues, we’ll contact you to discuss any extra charges before proceeding.

You leave us written permission in the special instruction field that we may leave your laundry.
You give us a detailed description of where to leave it (like behind a gate, in a storage container, etc.)
Please note, we are not responsible for any losses or damages to your laundry once it is delivered.
