Yes, $40. You can easily meet this minimum and most folks do with the laundry they and their families have every week.

Give us 1 business day to return your laundry. Keep in mind we only operate Monday through Friday. If you book a pickup for Friday, we'll return the completed order on Monday.

Heck no! We keep all orders separate to prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination.

No, we do not. Our philosophy is that you should pay for laundry you need done, whether if fills up a whole bag or not. No one should have to wait to fill up a prescribed bag for laundry services to wash their clothes. Just give us what you have whether its just the minimum order or more when you need fresh, folded laundry.

Yes, there may be additional charges for items that require extra care or special handling. This includes laundry that is:

  • Heavily soiled
  • Soiled with bodily fluids (such as urine)
  • Covered in excessive pet hair
  • Flood-damaged or waterlogged
  • Affected by smoke or fire damage
  • Saturated with non-typical substances (e.g., oil, chemicals, etc.)

These items often require more time, effort, and resources to clean properly. If we identify any of these issues, we’ll contact you to discuss any extra charges before proceeding.

Our routes operate Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM.

Our service starts at $2.15 per pound. It drops down to $1.95 per pound when you commit to weekly or biweekly pick-ups.

No, not at all as long as these two conditions are met:

You leave us written permission in the special instruction field that we may leave your laundry.

You give us a detailed description of where to leave it (like behind a gate, in a storage container, etc.)

Please note, we are not responsible for any losses or damages to your laundry once it is delivered.

We'll charge the card you put on file with us when you order is ready for delivery.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed. 

You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
